I find shipping fascinating, as there are always new challenges every day. I spent 10 years working for two shipowners, followed by a short time with a broker firm, and have now worked for the club for over 10 years handling crew claims. This experience allows me to help our members deal with crew claims quickly, and resolve issues in a practical, cost-effective way while ensuring owners are satisfied with the outcome.
