I endeavour to provide dedicated support to our members, ensuring every claim is handled with the expertise needed to achieve the optimal outcome in all instances. The most satisfying thing about claims handling is working collaboratively and strategically with industry experts and our members. I’ve been working in the club for over a decade, learning and gaining experience in specialised areas of shipping, but I’m always looking to improve and stay current in our constantly evolving international maritime industry.
