I create tools and analysis that make us faster, sharper and more reliable. My role is to simplify decision‑making and support sustainable growth. I enjoy creating smarter ways of working, so we can spend more time focusing on our members, brokers and partners instead of routine tasks. My background is in computer science, but time as an underwriter showed me how vital it is that technical solutions deliver genuinely actionable insight. That blend drives me to create systems that are both rigorous and immediately useful. I'm a keen fixed-gear cyclist who likes puzzles and winter dips in frozen lakes.
