Simon Leslie

Biography

I lead the claims team in assisting assureds in SE Asia, Germany and Eastern Europe to ensure successful outcomes. I most enjoy finding simple, effective solutions to complex problems and getting to know an assured’s business to deliver preferred results. Previously, I spent 10 years in private practice, including a secondment to a Singapore shipyard, giving me different legal, commercial and practical perspectives across the maritime industry. I also represent the club on the IG Claims Cooperation Sub-Committee and the FD&D Insurers Forum. Outside work, I’m an avid (and often disappointed) Tottenham fan and proud father of two teenage boys.
