I help members navigate operational and claims-related challenges, ensuring they feel supported and can focus on running their vessels safely and smoothly. I enjoy working in a fast-moving, international environment where each incident brings a new challenge and an opportunity to learn and support assureds when they need it most. I’ve built strong experience handling complex claims, helping me understand nuances quickly, anticipate issues, coordinate effectively, communicate clearly under pressure, and deliver high-class service. Having lived and worked in different countries, I’m comfortable adapting to different working styles. Outside the office, I enjoy cycling and exploring coastal paths, ship spotting.
