Biography

I handle a range of P&I claims, from cargo matters to collisions, FFOs and casualties, predominantly for our Far Eastern members. I particularly enjoy it when I achieve a fair and favourable outcome for members. Previously, I spent several years working with a prominent P&I correspondent in China and practising law in one of the major Chinese shipping law firms. This experience has made me sensitive to potential legal risks in a claim and capable of exploring efficient strategies to deal with them. I hold a LLM degree, am a qualified PRC lawyer, and fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese.
