Biography

I predominantly support our German members and assureds by guiding them through P&I claims efficiently and transparently. I believe my role is to remove pressure from the claims process so they can focus on their day-to-day operations. I thrive in the fast pace of claims work and enjoy being a trusted point of contact and helping members find creative ways forward. I have extensive claims experience across a broad range of P&I matters. Before joining, I worked as a European Claims Handler at Hyundai Merchant Marine and spent six years with freight forwarder JF Hillebrand, specialising in cargo claims.
