Biography

I help our members receive a high standard of service by ensuring our employees are well trained, supported, motivated, and engaged. I have been part of the HR team for several years working across HR, payroll, and benefits. This experience has given me a good understanding of what drives a positive workplace culture and a great employee experience. What I find most interesting is the variety and continuous learning, and I particularly enjoy helping people and making a positive difference to their day.
