I provide insurance documents to our Korean and Chinese members, enabling them to operate more efficiently. Members often request certificates just hours before sailing, so balancing speed with accuracy is a daily challenge. Having worked with various reinsurance and brokering companies, I have a comprehensive understanding and experience of the insurance industry. This has sharpened my ability to identify and interpret members’ specific requirements, and always address their needs. I am detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. Even when faced with tight deadlines, I always keep our members’ best interest in mind while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
