Charterers’ Liability
Protection for charterers against claims from shipowners, including damage to the vessel and claims for loss of hire or loss of use.
Overview
Our Charterers' Liability cover protects you against a range of risks and claims from shipowners. It covers your liability for damage to or loss of the owner's ship where you are responsible, and for the owner's loss of hire following an incident.
