Charterers' Cover - Combined Single Limit

We provide a package of covers, subject to a combined single limit (CSL) on a fixed premium basis for Charterers. This facility offers flexibility in respect of the nature and level of the cover - as well as the usual high quality claims handling and legal support associated with the London Club and its worldwide network of P&I correspondents and lawyers.

The covers available include :

  • Charterers' P&I
  • Charterers' P&I - War Risks
  • Charterers' Liability to Hull
  • Charterers' Liability as Cargo Owner

Charterers insured under the Club’s CSL facility may also apply for cover under our additional Loss of Use Cover.  A summary of this Cover, including its scope and conditions, is set out in the Product Overview, below.

In addition to the above we can provide a range of other covers with separate limits, for example, in respect of Charterers' Bunkers.
