Chinese Pollution Regulations - Updated List of SPROs

As Members will have noted from the recent circular in respect of the new regulations in China for the prevention and control of marine pollution from ships (click here), a full list of approved Ship Pollution Response Organisations (SPROs) had still not been issued but a partial list of Level 1 SPROs had been published.
