New Bimco Guide avoiding piracy

A previous London Club Website News Alert reported Bimcos production of a Guide to Prepare for Port State Control Inspections in the USA.
Bimco has now announced that it intends to issue a series of pamphlets offering practical guidance to seafarers on a variety of other topics. The second in the series has just been published and is entitled Tips on avoiding piracy, robbery and theft.
The guide contains advice on proactive steps that can be taken to deter criminals while the ship is either alongside in or transiting a high risk area. How to respond to incidents and appropriate post-incident reporting are also covered.
