- As regards the sanctions legislation which applies directly to the Association (and indirectly to the Members insofar as cover is concerned), this is the legislation which the EU/UK has implemented.
- The UK Treasury keeps a useful index and commentary on the current sanction legislation as adopted by the EU/UK. The legislation is listed on a country by country basis. This is available here
- The UK Treasury also keeps a consolidated list of targeted entities under such legislation. The list is readily searchable and is available here
- Furthermore, the Association is aware that certain provisions of the US sanctions are intended to have extra-territorial effect and may impact upon its ability to insure certain trades and entities (further information can be found in the Association's US and EU sanctions legislation summary of developments available here).
