This circular summarises the new restrictive measures against Russia which are relevant for shipping and P&I, in particular:  - the transaction ban on two new Russian ports - Murmansk & Tuapse, and  - the new ban on importing into the EU ammonia and certain additional metals, chemicals & minerals.
