Members are therefore advised to familiarise themselves with the full range of sanctions as applied by these countries and to obtain specialist advice in these countries if concerned that their activities may be affected.

- The Association also issues News Alerts in respect of developments concerning certain countries or designated entities. However, additions and amendments to designated entities or targeted transactions are often made at short notice. Members should not act in sole reliance on the information provided by the Club by way of News Alerts or this website but make their own enquiries and obtain independent advice in respect of the sanctions legislation in the jurisdiction to which they are subject.
